Here's a medicine question:
We have a patient with severe trauma caused by shock and physical conmosion (The patient was 110 km / h before impact frontally against a light pole), the patient continues breathing and is sligthly consient, but he had lost a lot of blood and it seems that his internal wounds are about to become a cerebral bleeding, what kind of analgesic would you use to slightly suppress the pain and lessen the stress without his heart rate decrease worsening the situation as well as what procedure you'd use to keep your patient consient?
